Chemical Composition

FAD-Glucose Dehydrogenase 9.1%, Potassium Ferricyanide 61.7% and None-reactives 29.2%.

Direction for Use

Insert a new test strip into the meter while the meter is off. The meter will turn on automatically. Apply the blood drop to the front edge of the test strip and the meter will display the test result on the screen in 5 seconds.

Caution

Store the strips at room temperature and do not refridgerate. AlleviaPlus test strips can only be used with the Allevia Plus meter
